Easter Dinner for Gourmets

The chef of the two-star restaurant Ophelia Fine Dining at the Riva Hotel Konstanz created a heavenly Spring menu for Easter. Go on a journey with your taste buds and discover a spring green herbed soup with radishes & snow peas topped with smoked shrimp, followed by veal filet cooked with a mild mustard crust, and rum spiked vanilla cream with fresh strawberries and pistachios. Otto Müller carefully sourced local ingredients, (where possible), and carefully wrapped everything in paper for 69 euros per box. We recommend picking up a bottle or two of Inspiration Blanc for 17,40 Euro. Order until March 29, 2021.
